Everclear is 190-proof (95% ABV) grain alcohol. It is never served neat or as shots at this party. Every single recipe below dilutes it hard — that's not a suggestion, it's the whole menu design.
One serving here = ½ oz (15 ml) Everclear ≈ one standard drink. Respect the pour lines. A jigger is not a suggestion either.
Alternate every drink with a full glass of water (see the Hydration Station). Eat real food. Know your limits — a pony who says "no thanks" is buying themselves tomorrow.
21+ only, WA legal drinking age. Never drive; the party is IN the hotel for a reason.
One drink on this menu — the Sylveon Special — is two standard drinks in one glass. It is sipped, it comes with a water back, and it is one-per-pony. The fairy insists.

1 cup (8 oz) Everclear · 2 quarts fruit punch · 1 quart ginger ale · 2 cups pineapple juice · 1 cup grenadine · sliced oranges, lemons, and frozen berries
Combine everything except the soda in a large punch bowl and chill. Add the ginger ale and a fruit-and-ice ring right before the doors open. Ladle, don't dunk.

Everfree Forest Jungle Juice, But Responsible

¾ cup (6 oz) Everclear · 1 gallon mixed tropical juice (pineapple, orange, mango) · 2 liters lemon-lime soda · splash grenadine · frozen fruit chunks for the ice ring
Mix the juices and Everclear in a large cooler or bowl, chill thoroughly, then float the soda and fruit-studded ice ring on top just before serving.
Math: 6 oz Everclear across 24 servings = ¼ oz per serving. It looks dangerous. It is not.
Cloudsdale Cooler Bowl

Stir everything but the sparkling water together and chill for at least an hour. Add the sparkling water right at service so it stays fizzy through the whole gala.
Math: 8 oz Everclear across 32 servings = ¼ oz per serving — a light, all-afternoon bowl for a big herd.
House Rules of the Menu
- Measure every single pour with an actual jigger. Eyeballing it is how "½ oz" becomes "a problem."
- No drink-stacking — finish (or water-break) before you start the next one.
- Every punch bowl gets a ladle and a sign listing every ingredient, for allergies and informed consent. No sign, no serving.
- A cut-off is a kindness, not an insult. If someone calls it for you, say thanks and switch to water.
